Our Story

A shared passion for creating beautiful experiences

We are a group of individual owners in Victoria’s iconic ‘The Falls’ building who are passionate about creating beautiful spaces and showcasing one of our favourite locations: Victoria, BC, Canada.


An unexpected opportunity allowed us to connect with one another sparking an opportunity to create a new hotel experience in Victoria. We discovered deep expertise in our community and collaborated to create our unique bespoke hotel experience.


We’re united in offering a “best of both worlds” experience: the amenities and ease of a hotel with the personal touches of an Airbnb, to ensure that all our guests have the most elevated and premium stay while they explore the city we all love.

We enjoyed the spectacular view. The condo is centrally located in downtown Victoria, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The unit is updated and the kitchen is fully equipped. We appreciated the comfortable beds.

Stayed a few nights This suite was incredibly comfortable and the hosts were responsive, welcoming and helpful. I have a bad back and this suite has everything- even a massage chair! Beautiful views at night and delicious coffee for the morning. The shower was a dream. The bed gave me an amazing sleep, and is even adjustable by remote. This place is a real treat! Unforgettable and the only downside was having to check out. I highly recommend this place!

10/10 Excellent. Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Awesome location Condo was centrally located in downtown Victoria. Easy and convenient walks to all we wanted to visit as well as loads of great restaurant choices. We parked our car at beginning of stay and did not use it for four days. Accomadations were very nice as well. Stayed 4 nights in Jan 2025

"The apartment was beautiful! It was even better than the pictures! Spacious, luxurious, cozy, and well-stocked! It had all the necessary supplies, from laundry to kitchen items (condiments, oils, sauces, etc.). The location was great with lots to do nearby and panoramic views all around! Walkable to most places. We were there for only 2 nights and were sad to leave. Definitely going to come back soon for a longer stay. Thank you, Wayne, for being a great host and for your lovely apartment!"

We had a lovely stay. Location and security was fantastic. The view was unbelievable everyday … we had so much fun watching the seagulls at dusk. Everything was well equipped and very comfortable. We look forward to returning someday!
